The kiln is equipped with Kanthal heating elements, doublelayer insulation, and a national standard metal frame. It features a7-inch smart touchscreen preloaded with standard firing curves for drying, bisque firing, decal firing, and glaze firing, as well as12 customizable curves for multi-segment oxidation firing. With Wi-Fi remote control, users can review historical firing records at any time. In the event of an abnormality, the kiln automatically shuts off, sending dual alerts from both the kiln and the mobile app to ensure safe operation. The refractory materials are safe and nonhazardous, and the entire kiln is designed for a service life of over 10 years.

Overtemperature protection
Equipped with multiples witching com ponents including AC contactors and solid-state relays, the kiln effectively prevents electric leakage and high -voltage breakdown, ensuring the safety of both the ceramic work and the equipment.
